The actor was best known for her roles in the sitcom "Cheers" and the film "Look Who's Talking." Here are photos of Alley throughout her life and career that spanned more than four decades. Alley died from stage 4 colon cancer, discovered in May 2024 after a doctor’s visit for a sore back.
