With either saw, just cut slowly and gingerly, as the saw can grab the material and bend/destroy/throw it across the room pretty quickly. And yes - ear and eye protection are mandatory for cutting this stuff. It is the shortening of the conductors so they are recessed 3/8 inch that is my problem.
